Who is the Sync Seattle audience?
Our community is 2,000+ strong — Black professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, nonprofit leaders, and culture-shapers aged 25–50, with a core of 30–45 year olds. They are established, socially active, and loyal to brands that show up authentically.
What does a typical partnership look like?
Every partnership is custom. Some partners sponsor a single event. Others build ongoing relationships that include co-hosted events, email features, product activations, and recurring brand presence. We start with a conversation to understand your goals.
Do you offer one-time sponsorships or ongoing partnerships?
Both. We work with brands on single events as well as multi-event and seasonal partnerships. We'll recommend what makes the most sense based on your goals and budget.
How far in advance should we reach out?
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your target event date. That said, we're flexible — fill out the form and we'll let you know what's possible.
What kind of content will we receive?
All Sync Seattle events include professional photography and videography. Partners receive recap content — photos and video clips — that showcases your brand in an authentic community setting.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes. We spotlight a Black-led nonprofit at every event. If your mission aligns with our community, we'd love to talk about how we can amplify your work.
